A while ago, someone introduced me to a fruit called Persimmon, which is a fruit with a taste kind of similar to a mango or an apricot. I really liked the taste of it so I went and bought a few, and when I had one left, I decided to use it for my very first yoghurt smoothie! I’ve never made smoothies before, so it was kind of a risky test but I was very pleased with the result. I’ll definitely be making a lot more smoothies in the future!
The recipe is ridiculously easy, all you need is a good blender and you should be perfectly fine!

- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 200 g low-fat yoghurt
- 100 ml water
