Goat cheese & sour cream verrines with chives, crab sticks and crayfish
Ok I swear this is the last Christmas throwback recipe I’m going to post! This recipe is something that I came up with for the Christmas day party with my dad’s entire family. My mom had made a list of appetizers she was going to make but she needed just one more appetizer, which I took upon me to make. These goat cheese & sour cream verrines with chives, crab sticks and crayfish is so easy to make and it doesn’t require an oven or anything special so you can just make this 5 minutes before serving, it’s absolutely perfect if you want a stress free appetizer!

Appetiser / Party Food French
Serves: 20 people
Total Time: Quick

Ingredients

  • 150g goat cheese
  • 20cl sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped up chives
  • 125g crayfish
  • 100g crab sticks
  • pepper and salt

Instructions

1

This will probably be the shortest preparation I've ever written, cause all you need to do is add the goat cheese to the sour cream, mix it all together with a spoon, add the chives and about 4 grinds of salt and 8 grinds of pepper.

2

Fill a couple of teaspoons of this into each small glass, just a little under half the glass should be filled up.

3

Chop up the crayfish and crab sticks and fill up the second half of each glass with it. If you have any chives left, you can just sprinkle a couple more on top and that's it!

Notes

Needed: 20 small glasses of about 3,5cm wide and 5,5cm tall
