I absolutely love the ‘Fabulous Fruits’ section in the book, as breakfasts are the meal where I’m least creative. I just have a bowl of Soy & Coconut yoghurt with granola and that is it, sometimes a good ‘aul Irish breakfast in the weekend or a spelt sandwich with Nutella. But the bowls in this book don’t only look gorgeous, they have all the necessary ingredients to kickstart your day without ending up being hungry again after an hour. All the other chapters are truly amazing as well, and gave me loads of inspiration for my lunch (again, usually quite boring in that department myself!) and some great dinners for after a long day of work!
